The
disease of Chlamydia is thought to be a quiet invader that conveys Sexually
Transmitted Disease (STD) worldwide and with overpopulation increasing
tremendously, the outbreak can be epidemic especially those who are living in
urban zones and in a society where younger adults are exploring sexual contact
with many partners. Sadly, chlamydia
symptoms from the bacterial disease are still prevalent as one of the
common sexual-related infections because it lies asymptomatic. Hence, every
young adult even as young as those adolescents should bear in mind about STDs
and its root cause to prevent the population from acquiring more symptoms of Chlamydia.
1. Brief
Physiology
The
transmission process of Chlamydia originates as bacteria, which can affect both
sexes and the baby if the woman is assumed to be pregnant. Chlamydia
trachomatis is its bacterium name and it can be transferred via vaginal contact
with an infected man who has unsuspected symptoms
of Chlamydia, if oral kissing is involved and anal intercourse.
2. Prevalence
of Chlamydia
You
only have to remember two things on how common Chlamydia symptoms can spread from one person to another:
overdriven sexual individuals and those who have had sexual contact with many
partners. Although ten percent of sexually active persons may have the
bacteria, the transmission is still inevitable. Open abrasion or wounds may not
be necessary to spread the infection of Chlamydia
symptoms. However, it is by mere sexual contact and the frequent the person
is energetic in performing oral or anal sex.
3. Chlamydia
Symptoms In Men
Chlamydia
symptoms in men are mistakenly similar to gonorrhea case. Symptoms
including painful urination, sense of urgency and discharge releasing
frequently are common. In some men, testicles may get inflamed and tender.
4. The
symptoms in women
In
most women, symptoms are vague. Nonetheless, pelvic and lower abdominal pains
are assessed. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), discharges from the vaginal
opening, itching sensation and irregular menstrual spotting are also observed
among the Chlamydia symptoms in women.
5. Chlamydia
And Infertility
There
have been cases of infertility for both sexes when the symptoms of Chlamydia aggravate within our reproductive organs.
Sperm motility inhibits movement to the pass through from the testis because of
infection in the epididymis. In women, PID cases may severely affect the
ovaries, fallopian tubes and the uterus, which will prevent implantation of the
fertilized egg.
6. Chlamydia
And Pregnancy Complications
Pre-matured
delivery is caused by PID for women who manifest Chlamydia symptoms longer than unexpected. Implantation of the baby
outside the uterus - Ectopic pregnancy - may happen if mothers experience
chronic pain and hence, hindering passage of fertilized egg to reach the
uterus.
7. Chlamydia
And The Newborn
The
bacteria of Chlamydia symptoms can
pass the maternal blood circulation thereby reaching the placenta. It literally
means that the infection can reach the unborn baby leading to conjunctivitis
(eye infection) and pneumonia (complication of lung abnormality).
